Recipe – Strawberry Mango Ginger Smoothie

What do you need

1 cup strawberries(Seeds removed)
1 cup chopped peeled mango
1/2 cup Crushed ice
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yoghurt
1/4 cup cold water
2 teaspoons minced crystallized ginger
2 teaspoons honey
Blender

What to do

Blend all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender. Pour into Glasses.
